The place is relaxed and comfortable but a bit to much. Heather messed up my hair then gave me false hopes of her fixing her mistake. Hair is a very important thing and after you spend $80 it should be right , ni excuses. The other stylists may be great however ,I never saw them in the salon. Definitely better places around that will give you more for money with better people skills
