every one of the staff were amazing and excellent service and i loveeee my hair and my hair looks amazing .1000% recommend!!
Jo did a balayage on my hair and it turned out amazing!! It was my first time dying my hair so I was really nervous but she made the experience really assuring and I got exactly what I wanted☺️ I showed her some inspo pics before and it turned out exactly like what I wanted!!
I booked the team at total look for hair and make up at my wedding, back in 2023 and had the best experience! I couldn’t have been happier with my bridal look, and now have regular visits for my everyday hair, which always feels like a few hours of luxury! Special mention to my hair fairy Georgia Rusu and Karen for the best hand massages!!!!
I am always treated with kindness and understanding by Jo. She always takes the time to ask me what I’d like done and any adjustments to make, and she goes through the whole process with me so that I can understand and am happy with the result. The rapport that has been built between myself and the ladies at Total Look is something I cherish and look forward to experiencing every few months, when I get my trim.
