2 weeks ago I had my formal and day of I had such a bad hair experience at another place and i didn’t know what to do because formal was in a few hours and as I was driving home I saw total look and took a chance. I went in and all the girls were so nice they treated me so well i don’t even know how to describe it other than genuinely going from tears to smiling and laughing. Jo is amazing! I love her way of communicating and educating how to best look after my hair. My kids also love coming to Total Look and they are so cared for.
