From the moment we first spoke about our ideas for a loft conversion and throughout the whole job, Jim and his team were professional and efficient. We had a large rear dormer conversion built by TLC. They took care of everything from start to finish and made our loft conversion extremely stress free. Any issues that came up Jim solved quickly and came up with options which worked really well. They kept to the timing laid out initially and the result is beautiful. From the conception, to the end of the project, Jim had a really tight rein and great communication with all aspects of the design and build. Total loft conversions completed a loft conversion for us over the summer. We were lucky to get a last minute slot so the project started quickly. Jim's team were polite and friendly and the project stuck to the planned time scales.
