Ray and his team did a great job for us. We needed a new furnace and boiler - he explained everything clearly, worked quickly and gave us a very fair price. They are also very tidy when they work. Would highly recommend!

We had our furnace serviced by Ray and I must say how refreshing it was to have a technician who genuinely cared about his work and in "exceeding" the customers exceptions. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. We live in North Vancouver, our furnace went so I called a few folks from the recommended list on Fortis. Ray from Total Line came, checked out our existing system thoroughly, then made recommendations that were fair and exactly what I asked for, zero upsell. Just a few days later when they said they would install the furnace they did so on time, and the install looks like they care. Overall exceptional work
4 hours after calling Total Line Heating about our failed hot water heater, their technician Ray was at our house installing a new one.
