We hired Ray at total line heating and air conditioning to do a full hvac upgrade on dual fuel and tankless water heater. He is a great communicator as well as technician. Ray installed everything cleanly, timely to our complete satisfaction!

Had furnace issue in rental property. Ray did an initial inspection and found multiple problems. He explained in detail each issue and made recommendations. Ended up needing entire unit which Ray installed within a week. Very satisfied with Ray’s professionalism and expertise. Would recommend him to anyone.
