Repeatedly got voicemail. Left messages with no return call. Explained I just got out if the hospital the day prior after 6 days and needed a follow up appointment. 4 days later they finally answer. 0 explanation as to why my calls went unanswered and no appointment for a week out. I had raised concerns about this prior to choosing this office due to reviews on Dr. Byron Dean's google reviews and assured that was no longer the case. Obviously not true.
