Honestly, the biggest thing that stood out about TLL was that they actually communicated. That sounds simple, but anyone who’s hired landscapers before knows that’s not always a given. No chasing people down, no wondering when they’re going to show up, no guessing what the finished job is going to look like. They were responsive, easy to work with, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The yard came out great, but the smooth communication and professionalism were what really made the experience stand out.
Total Lawn & Landscape truly lives up to their tagline, “More Than Just Lawns.” They completely redid my hardscape sidewalk and front stoop, and the craftsmanship is exceptional — clean lines, solid work, and a beautiful finish that transformed the front of my home. They also handle my annual spring cleanup on a very large property, which includes trimming back shrubs, full debris removal, and spreading 12 yards of mulch.
