This fool is scamming people by taking payments upfront and providing nothing in return AVOID AT ALL COSTS (Tom is a fraud)
If you are looking for a refund for the bad tempered Tom for work that was just horrible don't hold your breath. If you do want your money back file a small claims lawsuit at the courthouse and even then he will avoid being served. One case attempted to serve him 23 times. When reading the BBB complainants seems the diagnoses is always brakes, alternator and coils. This guy should be arrested for the scam he has been doing for years.
