The stamped concrete patio is fine, but the experience of working with this company is incredibly frustrating. Their communication and cleanliness are awful, and they never came back to finish the job. We had to call another company to come seal the patio, since John stopped answering our texts and calls. They also left a large pile of scrap concrete in our yard that they said they'd remove when they came to seal it. Since they didn't come back to seal the patio, they never cleaned it up. Lying Weasel!!! Do not waste your time listening to the excuses of this company. Owner enjoys talking more than working and they don't pay their bills.
Hired the company to put in a patio, which we love the patio. The reason for the 3 star is because there are 2 parts of the job that were never completed. 1 the leftover dirt was left in a mound in the backyard with a huge chunk of cement in the center of it (was told it would be removed). 2 the part of the fence that took apart they used to access the backyard was never put back together at the end of the job. I gave him 5/5 stars bc i couldnt give him 10. I was stuck in a ditch trying to turn a box truck around and got stuck until the owner/operator of this company stopped to help pull us out. Not bc we were blocking him from passing, but it was bc he saw that we needed help and decided to put his busy schedule on pause to help a random person stuck on the side of the road out.
