These guys were so awesome! Having gone to 4 different places to get quotes to fix my laptop; trying to save time and money to salvage my computer. The hinge on one side of my laptop is crushed/jammed and refuses to open. I tried opening it without knowing it was damaged, and it cracked my screen. My MacBook desktop files (all my docs) “disappeared” so I stopped by Total Knowledge Computer Service, based on their positive reviews! Very knowledgeable, so glad I stopped by! They quickly told me how to retrieve my folders back to my desktop, we did a few other “trouble shooting” situations, and I was back home within 15 mins. These guys are awesome! Had them put together my new gaming pc and it’s working flawlessly. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Great guys, willing to work with the customer, and they're up front with everything. Very reasonable pricing and fast work for a smaller shop. Will be coming here again with any new issues, the big companies can't compete with their services. I highly recommend you skip all the others in Visalia and come here.
