I had a total hip replacement performed by Dr. Presley at TJC on September 5th 2025. I just wanted to say that this Doc and the whole place and process was 1st class if you ask me. The secretarial staff, my nurse navigator ( Jennifer) were the 1st people I talked with and the communication was great throughout the whole ordeal. The day of surgery the TJC was fantastic! I had a left hip replacement performed at the total Joint Center recently. Dr Robert Paul performed the ANTERIOR hip replacement and I am so happy I did. Last year, due to insurance constraints, Dr Paul performed the same surgery on my right hip at North Kansas City Hospital. Although I am pleased with the outcome, and won't completely compare/contrast the two, I will say that the Total Joint Center is by far the most efficient, buttoned up, and detailed center I have ever experienced. The staff from the front desk to the operating room are excellent you get the very best care and support from everyone Dr David Dugan is amazing and the only reason why I say this about him is because he the Doctor that performed my procedure two up
