Disgusting property management, a serious lack of proper procedures and accountability in how they manage properties. When my tenant vacated the property, I was not provided with outgoing inspection report and the bond was released without my knowledge or approval. Will never hand my property to them.
I’m very happy with the service that TIPS provide. I very rarely have any concerns about my property, as all issues are dealt with in a reasonable timeframe.
