I saw a Total Improvements booth at the Traders Village manned by someone who said he was the owner's son. I made an appointment for this morning at 8:30 am for a "free" estimate for a new deck and patio doors. At 7:45 am, they called to cancel. I agree with other posters. Check them in the Better Business Bureau, where they have an F rating and 8 known complaints. Caveat emptor. Big time.
They are totally misleading patrons at their stand at Traders Village telling patrons they will go out of town and do free estimates and when the call is place to verify the business is rudely saying no they charge. That is terribly misleading and wrong.
Total Improvements does not run its company with honesty or respect towards their clients. Highly recommend prospective clients to view previous clients complaint’s on the Better Business Bureau’s web page prior to accepting this companies business. Thank you and be careful.
