I’ve taken a couple of cars here and each time they have done an amazing job. Most recently my 2025 Kia was hit and needed some repairs done. They did it in a timely manner and the work was top-notch. They communicated to me throughout the entire process and were very considerate of my time. Very trustworthy and reliable business.
I'm not happy with the work. For one there was nothing wrong with the clear coat on the passenger side of the car until they got a hold of it. For two it's the same door that was already on it on the driver side so why they pulled the sticker off I am upset about. So I wouldn't recommend them to fix anything.
Could not have had a better experience, they were fast and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone!
Total Image P&C…did a fantastic job of returning our nearly new car (hit by a deer) to as new condition. Thorough and attention to getting it right made an agonizing situation less a pain…and instilled trust we needed to feel good about our repaired car. We are grateful for the work and effort done by Matt and his team at Total Image P&C.
I've taken cars there to be worked on several times. They do great work and they're always my 1st choice.
