Very knowledgeable and ethical. A highly rated professional team. Keith answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, without casting any shame about my current set up. He gave me lots of options and lots of information I did not have in the past. I recommend Total Home Technologies completely. They are a class act.
Non responsive and also dishonest. Always convince customer to schedule a service call, and when service call is scheduled they waste time so they can justify 8-hours ($1200+taxes) service time instead of 4-hours. Even after that problem comes back after two weeks, and look for next services call. BAD Business Model!
