After 5 seperate calls to resolve my problem still havnt got a answer.left on hold each call no one came back to me.
The boiler was finally fixed after a week without heating😬
Smith and Byford sent an engineer to my property last night, who whilst in the property lied to me several times by claiming he was a surveyor, he then put down his toolbox and scratched my brand new flooring and left without doing any work. Worryingly when I contacted S&B in regards to this they have no record of who visited my property and could not provide me a name. Recently they also attended my property whilst I was at work and claimed to have mad repairs, when I returned home I found that I was lied to and no repairs ... read more
