We had an awesome experience with Total Home Solution! Tom and Jon were so professional and excellent at communicating every step of the way. Our new basement looks beautiful. We look forward to hiring them again if we need additional renovations.
Tom wasted my time. I had him in my home to give a quote for a total bathroom remodel. We discussed budget while he was here and he agreed that about $20-$25k would be a fair estimate. Also had him check out another area of the house that we agreed could use about $10-15k in work. He said he would give me a quote for both projects in a couple days, but just heard back from him that both of my projects are "too small" for his construction group and no quotes were provided. We were very pleased with the communication and transparency that Tom and Jon showed during our home renovation. We touched pretty much every room in the house, and they were very understanding of our budget and time constraints. It felt like they were really looking out for us on a personal level given that we were new to the process of home owning. We’re so happy with our screened in patio! The team at THS was well organized, efficient, and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. We were able to see a mock up of the addition and it really was accurate to the final result. This is an investment in our forever home, and the care that the team took was so appreciated.
Definitely recommend THS, Tom and Jon were great, everyone involved with our project was professional and the final result was beautiful and high quality.
