Samuel was amazing! He was a little late but called and apologized. He was so nice and explained everything to me in detail. Wore booties and did not scratch or bump anything. He was very professional and I would have him install appliances in my home anytime!
THS came out because my AC wasn’t working. I had thought maybe the compressor had gone out but the unit is only 6 yrs old. Come to find out, with all of the construction dust in my neighborhood the coils were just dirty. A quick clean and it works 🤙. Great company!
Tech was Lee and he was awesome. He came and figured out our ice maker wasn't working correctly. Gave us several options, the best being replacement. He ordered part and told us he'd be back in 7 to 10 days. He was back in 7. Install took less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing Fridge repair.
Always call Total Home Services first! We have had them come for a new furnace, condenser, tune-ups, plus repairs and installations of appliances. They are great every time. Personal staff, great work, good prices, honesty, and integrity. They really care about their customers, our comfort, and our satisfaction.
