Built a new house in Wyoming Illinois. Took 4 months to hang 3 diulble rolls of wallpaper on new drywall, no trim, easy job! Owner Tom did none of the work. Employer Shane did a good job. Tom charged me $980!!! Outrageous and dishonest! Wonder how much he paid Shane..total of approx 8 hours of work.
