I had my roof installed by Total Home Roofing in January 2024 and was initially pleased with their work. However, it's been over three weeks since Hurricane Milton, and I've been trying to reach them about a warranty question with no success. I've called at least six times, staying on hold for well over an hour each time, but no one ever answers. Eric Saenz was awesome and explained everything out well. He wasn't pushy at all or trying to take off quickly like other roofing reps who I had come out from other companies. The crew who showed up took time to cover bushes and lawn with tarps and spent plenty of time searching for any nail/debis after to ensure a safe lawn for my family and dogs. All the guys on the crew were very nice and respectful. The roof looks great, was installed on time.
