We had Melissa come over from total home renovations and give us a quote for the renovation of kitchen counter tops and the bathroom. She was helpful and knowledgeable. We are excited and looking forward to get the work done!
Do NOT use this company. They are under investigation with the District Attorney of Johnson County. I personally was ripped off by a LOT of money. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a company.
Bathroom remodel. Took way longer than planned. Work was not great. Was very nice about people not showing up ect and then never received the money back that I paid out of my pocket where we shouldn’t have.
DO NOT USE. in a nutshell…. Poor quality, unresponsive, did not show up when they said they would, multiple mistakes that took months to get fixed, lied multiple times (and I have it in writing), etc. used them because they had good pricing and…you get what you pay for. Please read other comments as they say the same things.
RUN!!!! I was told two to 3 workers would work on my project, I had ONE and it was not consistent. I was told they stay on the job until complete to my satisfactions, but this didn't happen and months later I still have no bathroom and a complete disaster on my hands. I was told staff was sick, yet they are posting new jobs and completion of jobs one their Facebook page throughout the whole process, then I was told that "someone" had to be put off and that "someone" had to be mad.
