Our very old house needed a lot of work, and several teams from Total Home Performance helped us out. I cannot say enough about their work! On top of doing a great job on our house -- including encapsulating our crawl space and attic -- they were friendly, neat, kind, and scheduled around other contractors when needed. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, we'll happily call them. (Thanks, guys!)

I used Total Home Performance to repair termite damaged joists and beams in my crawl space, as well as install a French drain and encapsulate the crawl space. They gave me an honest estimate and walked me through every part of the process. The work was done on schedule and looks great. I will likely continue to use this company as I go through the process of making my church conversion more efficient.
