The initial consultation was A+. Walked me through the inspection results. Answered all my questions. Detained quote including pictures and explanations. If I had questions during the repairs, they were answered and discussed to my understanding. The work was on-time as scheduled and completed. A follow-up inspection was scheduled as my convenience.
We were somewhat apprehensive using Total Home Performance for our crawl space encapsulation since it was a large budget commitment but overall the work was performed professionally and was well worth the funds spent for this project. The project was well explained, started and completed as scheduled and workers were friendly and professional. Excellent experience working with Total Home Performance from the first visit to the final review concerning the Encapsulation of the crawl spaces and sealing/insulation of the attic. Each step of the way the teams and individuals were professional. The team worked in the attic and crawl space during one of the hottest weeks. Each night the clean up was done with care.
