They did a great job from start to finish. Going over the details when we first started talking about this two years ago to when we pulled the trigger to start. It was all done so smoothly. We have a house that is over 20 years old on a crawlspace that was built over from an original house. The old pink insulation was horrible and now we have a cleaned out well insulated area that we joke we can almost live in. Total Home accomplished ventilation and attic insulation and did an excellent job!. Personnel were friendly, on time and professional!
They failed to deliver on the "total" home performance promise. The crew that arrived on site had no idea what they were supposed to do, so I had to describe the whole job to them -- and they still missed many things. To make matters worse, when I stepped away for a few hours, they put a hole in the side of my house where they were not supposed to. The remediation solutions were mediocre at best. Completely impressed and entirely pleased with the work done on my house. The work was done on schedule and as planned, the team was exceptionally neat and everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional. Wholeheartedly recommend!
