I contacted this outfit for a quote for providing carpentry services. They charged $250 to come to my house to see the job (my house is less than 5 miles from their office). The "project manager" borrowed measurements made by another contractor who was there at the time and didn't bother to take measurements of his own. He was more concerned about collecting my $250 check and chatting with the other contractor. I have had the THM team for years taking care of our house. They inspect, recommend work, schedule, manage. Also they have responded to a million requests for emergency services too. From flooding, to a lightning struck tree, to window replacement. John and Peter will even check on the place when we are away! They are like having a family member who is an experienced handyman, carpenter, electrician, mason. Couldn’t maintain multiple houses without them

We could not be more pleased with Total Home Manager. Project Manager John Gray helped us clarify our priorities and then coordinated two big projects and some small repairs, even doing some of the work himself. The process was smooth from beginning to end: communication was excellent and everyone who came to the house was friendly and professional. John Grey of Total Home Manager did an outstanding job cleaning the grease from a VentAHood over our six burner gas stove. He removed grease from an area that had not been cleaned for approximately 27 years! It was an awkward position to be in to reach all areas, but John managed to make it look great and brought back the shine and cleanliness. Total Home Manager was the only firm that I contacted that was willing to take on the job. Thank you for a job well done - on time - affordable and professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Total Home Manager last month to remodel my attic space. From beginning to end, they were thoughtful, polite and creative to help me with this job. Their estimate was reasonable, and they came in pretty close to this estimate with the final price. Most importantly, the carpenters were extremely competent, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I love the space they created! I would be happy to recommend this group for any home repair, and will look forward to using them again.
