Ben stated the water pipes (roof void) are a burst hazard product in the building report. And I think it only fair to assume that the same pipes are used throughout the house including wall cavities that could not be inspected. Afterward I checked the REIWA web site that informed me that houses built between mid-2017 and mid-2022 with the pipes in a house, or where leaks that may have occurred or have a leak detection unit installed are required to be disclosed to buyers as a material fact.
