I would like to respectfully inform potential homeowners of a negative and unprofessional home roofing inspection experience on July 25, 2016 with David Jennings of Total Home Inspection LLC. Mr. Jennings and I had a verbal agreement that he would climb on top of my house and on top of my roof in order to visually inspect the holes in my roof that were located along the peak of my roofline. I hired Dave Jenkins to inspect my roof. I spoke to him over the phone first and I made it clear to him that I had a steep metal roof and that I needed him to climb up on top of my roof to see the holes and poor workmanship upon the top. He agreed to climb on top of my roof. I paid him $200 in advance. When Mr. Jenkins arrived at my house, he was unable to climb on top of my roof.
