Makes promises and doesn't keep them. Find it hard to get them to do what they say they will do...like come out and replace a defective camera.

They have great service, support their material, and answer every single question you have. I didn't have to wait days to get a response. They gave me 8 mp cameras at the same price another company gave me 4 mp! I would recommend Todd and his crew to anyone!

I gave a $1500 deposit to the owner, Todd Ratliff, for installation of 2 cameras at my residence. He told me that the work would begin in approx 6 weeks. There was no communication from Todd during this entire time so i called him to find out what was going on...he said his crew would begin work the following week. That date came and went and so after 10+ weeks there was still no communication, either by phone call or text. The only time I spoke with Todd was when I called him. No work was ever done.
