Our A/C system was unresponsive. I called Total Heating. They called back within the hour and were able to solve the issue over the phone. You can't get better service than that... highly recommend them...
Our AC quit working the night before the hottest day of the summer. Al kindly spent time on the phone with me making sure that it wasn't an easy fix before sending someone out. Called Total in the evening, and the AC was up and running by 11am the next day.
Total Heating was recommended by several people. I called, left a message and my call was returned quickly. Al asked questions and explained clearly and professionally what I could expect. My furnace is running perfect now. Al was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. With air conditioning season on its way, I'll definitely be calling Mr. Thomson again!
