We purchased a new 3 Ton package unit. Installers said they would keep our Warranty papers and REGISTER the Unit for Warranty. Been having issues with Unit. Called TOTAL HEATING AND AIR numerous times Left messages and CAN NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE BUSINESS. They didn't have a problem taking our hard earned money but they sure don't take care of their Paying Customers and Honor the Warranty work.. GO FIGURE!!!
I have used this company for 6+ years. They have always been very responsive and very professional and have fixed my hvac system without pushing for a new and expensive install. The last time I needed them was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 when I called to schedule them to come out due to my condenser outside humming loudly with no airflow inside my home.
