Unfortunately have had reoccurring problems which they did initially come back to sort but they were quick fixes & unfortunately caused issues to other parts of the bathroom. we’ve had to now get someone else in to sort these issues long term costing us more on top of an initial 5k just for fitting. It's now come apparent the bath wasn't even braced to the wall, walls weren't primed before tiling and shoddy fixes on return as seen in the attached image, about 2 inches of cheap silicone to reapply a loose tile.
