Went there the first time today (2-28) with my mom to have a hearing test and have her hearing aids serviced. Jennifer and KiKi were terrific with all the first-time pre-appointment details and scheduling. My mom loved Brittany's hearing assessment and explanations and adjustments regarding her hearing aids. After Mom left her appointment, she went home and told the family her appointment was great and everyone there was so nice!
Such a professional office. You really feel taken care of by Dr Gainey, Jennifer, and Keke!! Highly recommend.
I had previously left the review below. We were obviously very pleased with at first visit. However, we decided to return and have a new hearing test done for my husband. We first completed a thorough questionnaire regarding his health due to his health history. Because they took all the time needed, we were there over two hours. My brother and I also had questions about our own hearing aids. They answered all our questions and even stopped to help both of us with our issues….at no extra charge.
