My Father visited Hearing Life Morristown yesterday, and was met by Dr. Nicholas Stuart and an intern named Kristen. We had a fantastic experience! Just took my mother in to see Dr. Nicholas Stuart as she was having trouble with her current hearing aid and I am so glad we did. Dr. Stuart's knowledge, honesty, and professionalism throughout the appointment were stellar. He did not mince words and made it perfectly clear that he and the staff at Hearing for Life (Morristown) are all about the client. I am very impressed with HearingLife and my Audiologist, Nicholas Stuart. Nicholas explained everything thoroughly and was not at all pushy. I left the office extremely happy with my hearing aids and will continue with HearingLife and Nicholas for all future visits.
Would give ten stars if I could. Somebody in my family had hearing aids for about two years that she rarely wore. They had been purchased from Costco and never properly tested or calibrated. Dr. Nick had a relatively quick conversation, ran a hearing test, and adjusted them to the proper levels. He didn't try to upsell new Cadillac hearing aids and that was greatly appreciated. Nick's demeanor was both straight-forward and caring, which made the appointment much easier.
