After a less than stellar experience in the Hackettstown office, the Hearing Life regional manager reached out to me and suggested I see Nick Stuart in the Morristown office. Nick went back over my recent hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids to where they sound as good as they did when I first purchased them. He was also kind enough to do the same for my husbands hearing aids.
I always have a good visit and get all the assistance & adjustments that I need. The staff are very helpful and courteous.
The hearing staff in Morristown have been fantastic. I have a real problem with the lifespan and warranty of the hearing aides. When you pay $6 K plus for hearing aides, i expect the product to last longer than 4 years and the warranty to cover all defects. I will not buy from Hearing Life again.
