I absolutely appreciated the staff from the moment I walked in. Usually, when I have gone to Hearing apps, the front desk speaks really low and never projects their voices even after I tell them that I’m very part of hearing and I cannot hear them. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with me. I enthusiastically recommend this location along with the extremely pleasant office staff. First, the office is located in a very nice professional building with parking convenient to the office, which is sparkling clean. I can’t say enough good things about the receptionist, Elena, and the other technical advisor, whose name is Vedang. Both can answer any of your questions and take care of anything you need professionally with respect to getting additional products for your hearing aids.
