The Dunellen, NJ location is not my local Hearing Life office. I actually have a local office in my town... Hillsborough, NJ. On the other hand, I have had numerous/enough bad experiences at the Hillsborough office, that I'm willing to drive 40 minutes to the Dunellen office, where I always have a pleasant experience. The Dunellen office replaced the batteries in my hearing aids, after the Hillsborough office told me that the problem wasn't the batteries. In general, I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff at the Dunellen site of HearingLife. But at the inception of the consultation interview, I advised that I perceived a hearing loss in my right ear. Subsequently, I was given a series of tests and I was somewhat taken aback when the test administer confirmed what I already knew to be the case.
Jennifer was excellent. She took her time to explain my situation.
Great staff and very welcoming understanding and helpful.
