I cannot speak highly enough about the team at this Westfield location. Dr Nicole is very knowledgeable and helpful, and takes the time to make sure both the visit, the aftercare and the hearing aids themselves are perfect. Denise at the front desk is also a pleasure to see and always does anything necessary to help out - either with moving appointments around , getting supplies etc. I would recommend this business to anyone.
Pleasant service. Needed a repair and all went well. Purchased 2 pair of Oticon aids over the past several years. Update - just received my updated Oticon Intent MiniRite aides...so far the best. Adjustments and service inhouse are impeccable.
