The audiologist twice did not listen the requests and needs of my 87-year old mother, pressuring my mother to purchase expensive hearing aides that would not stay in her ears, that had batteries that were too small for my mother's arthritic hands when re-chargeable hearing aids are readily available, and roped my mother into a financing agreement that has her on the hook for monthly payments for hearing aids she does not have.
