I took my mom here last week. She was very anxious about getting her hearing tested. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the super friendly receptionist and Theodore. The experience we had was truly great. They both made us truly feel comfortable and at home. Theodore was so incredibly patient with my mom, helping her when she needed to walk without her walker, and just truly an all around nice guy.
