Professional, kind, caring. Very thoughtful to answer questions and explain everything.
Very pleasant experience with both the receptionist and the doctor. I was worried because my hearing loss is not so bad the doctor wouldn’t take me seriously, but after test he explained it’s my high frequency hearing is very poor it’s not just me feeling like I can’t hear. Already recommended family to this practice. Such a nice staff who make you feel very comfortable the whole time. Recommend to anyone questioning their hearing to stop in and get an exam!
Very caring and professional treatment. Also friendly to help make one feel at ease. Testing went well to show where hearing loss is occurring.
