Doctor Theodore Bunn was very helpful and informative, he gave me an extensive hearing test and went over my results with me and had me test out a hearing aid that was adjusted to my level of impairment and I was able to hear very well again and it even distracted me from my endless tinnitus which has plagued me since military service. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice and pamphlets about the hearing aids. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling my hearing test was incredibly easy, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was the level of service. It truly felt like white-glove care. I felt welcomed, respected, and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. I would absolutely recommend this organization to anyone needing hearing-related services.
