I have used The Urgent Care facility numerous time and was so satisfied with Jessica Roe. She was professional, caring and listened to your concerns. The place has gone to the dogs. Was in there for sinus, chest and ear infections. The Nurse Practitioner was uncaring an did not listen to my lungs, look at my throat. She gave me one antibiotic and sent me home. She also took a cell phone call in the middle of exam. Don't think I will be going there anymore.
Trying to get back in with this group I used to use them when Dr. Robert Edwards was there. They deserve five stars. I have never had any kind of problem with any of the staff. Everybody has always treated me amazingly well and I live in a different city, but it’s worth the drive
I don't usually leave any kind of review. However, over the past 4 years I must tell you how happy and grateful I am to have found Dr Justin Vines! From our very first meeting, and again just this week, Dr. Vines has been exceptional! HE LISTENS! HE OFFERS OPTIONS! HE GIVE S GREAT ADVICE! HE RECOMMENDS! Then, he LETS THE PATIENT DECIDE!!
