If I could leave negative, I would. This place is horrible. You’re not getting the care that you think you’re anticipating going there. The NP owner is rude and talks to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. You leave there no better just having left money. Don’t have the means to give you copies of your X-rays but are supposed to rely on their reading of them. I am absolutely obsessed with Dr. Caroline Lambert. I have never met a person who gives out their personal phone number (completely unheard of) and who literally takes the time to explain everything so thoroughly with you. I don’t know who sent her, but I will follow her anywhere, because the way she handles her patients with such care is hard to find nowadays. Today I awoke with a severely swollen face.I’m from out of town & was anticipating a 7 hr drive back home. In desperation I decided to go to this Urgent Care. The 2 ladies working this morning (Sunday, 12/7/25) were amazing. So caring & kind. They took great care of me & sent me on my way with strict instructions. I can’t say enough good things about them or thank them enough. By the way, the face is almost normal tonight! Thank you!
We all know the drill about doctors offices. Long waits, endless forms etc. This place is completely different. I filled out ONE PIECE OF PAPER and did not wait more than a minute to be seen (and this was for primary care, not urgent care). I arrived a few minutes early for the new patient check in. That said, I was checked in, taken to the back, seen by a doctor (Dr Lambert, my hero), and discharged FIVE MINUTES after my original appointment time (meaning, my appt was at 12 and I was walking out at 12:05).
