NP Jennifer and staff were so amazing and I highly recommend coming here. I had a severe reaction to a medication and they handled it efficiently. The whole staff was great and I will be coming here from now on. Thank you ladies again.
I went to this Urgent Care and I did not receive the proper care for my body. No swab to check for Covid, strep throat, flu or anything. I was not diagnosed with anything. I was just given antibiotics that I explained to the NP that I could not take. Several prescriptions were prescribed and no care for my condition or symptoms. This was the worse case of treatment that I have ever received from a hospital. I am very disappointed with the care that I received, or did not receive.
staff FREQUENTLY leave VERY early, desk ladies are rude, don’t really try or seem to want to figure out what’s wrong with you, if the strep test doesn’t show anything they give you regular allergy meds and send u home, not really worth the trouble, go somewhere else. P.S the doctor that works here gets paid too much, does the lease amount of work possible but drives around a pretty slick mercedes SUV
If I could leave negative, I would. This place is horrible. You’re not getting the care that you think you’re anticipating going there. The NP owner is rude and talks to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. You leave there no better just having left money. Don’t have the means to give you copies of your X-rays but are supposed to rely on their reading of them.
