The front desk woman the African American one is very rude she stormed off because I wanted to know why I was being charged when they asked me to return in reference to my results. I even said I would still pay just wanted a explanation and her behavior was defended by the condescending nurse practitioner Edna.The front desk was also rude to my little daughter as well.The nurse practitioner did not help me in anyway in fact she never even wrote the prescriptions that I needed. Came in for annual wellness check. From check in to check out, whole process was great. Team and staff were very pleasant and engaging. Would recommend for anyone looking for a primary are provider or looking to change.
