I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. **Elahe** and this clinic. From the very first appointment, the level of professionalism was shockingly poor. On my first visit, despite going in for pain in my **left knee**, she incorrectly recorded it as my right knee. The consultation lasted barely five minutes, and she treated me with clear disinterest and impatience. Came to this clinic and was made to wait over 30minutes while I’d just had ax2 knee operation (I arrived on time) was told ‘we don’t know how much longer your gp will be’ so after waiting patiently for 30minutes in pain and on crutches I had to leave to go home - they then sent me a bill for a ‘now show appointment’ when I in-fact did show & waited around for an additional 30-40minutes but was still hit with a no show bill?! Had moved up from Tasmania, still waiting for an operation which had been cancelled twice. This was the only doctor I could get as everyone wasn't taking new patients. Completely full of anxiety and in pain, had been taking Targin for over a year, and by now still needed it for the pain but also would be dangerous to stop suddenly. Book online. Drive from Rocky to Yeppoon to see doctor. Booking system hasn't recorded booking. Get told I should have got a text message, news to me. I'll drive 40 minutes back to work now with no result. The system gets worse...
