Absolutely disgusting service was 10 minutes late for an appointment and got told I was to be charged for a full appointment fee and then the rescheduled appointment later that day what a disgraceful appalling excuse practice. Will be reporting them to the consumer watch dog. This is a reflection on the doctors instructions not the admin staff doing their job.

2nd Dec. Thank you very, very much Jess (receptionist) for going the extra mile to make my life easier. For getting my prescription sorted out at short notice allowing me to depart Perth with the Meds I require. Again thank you.

I arrived at the clinic on a Saturday morning as a new patient without an appointment. The receptionist Neha was friendly and professional and although the clinic was fully booked she offered to stay in touch during the day incase there was a cancellation. A cancellation became available and I saw Dr Saravi who was respectful and efficient. Along with a script, he gave me advice on natural way to make the treatment more effective. I couldn't fault the service at this clinic.

I presented to Dr Shelly after been at an ED department that just discharged me, and was not getting any better. She’s been so great in treating me - proper diagnosis was achieved and she was able to get me through my medical condition nearly 3 weeks later. She never gave up until I showed signs of improving. What an amazing experience. Thank you Dr Shelly. Can I just add the lovely reception staff too. Doing such an amazing job too.
