Absolutely horrible service from two doctors from this clinic just don’t have any care for paying patients.
⭐☆☆☆☆ I called to confirm my blood test appointment after fasting since the night before. The receptionist (Ann) was rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. After answering her question, she escalated the conversation and then hung up on me, saying I was “being rude,” which was simply untrue. Hanging up on a patient instead of providing basic assistance is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Very disappointing experience and no regard shown for patient time or preparation
They even care about patient they are caring about money $89 , They cancel appointment last minute.
Extremely poor services, Dr’s not following up, practice team stating they will review and call back however never did, reception sighing over the phone but still happy to bill and bulk bill. Crab for cash with no return. Lost a long term client.
