This review is for anyone that has a fear of chiropractic adjustments. I had visited another practice prior to going to Dr. Scott and the method for correction just scared me. The fear kept me from going back and also kept me in pain. I heard about Dr. Scott’s method of gentle adjustment and gave it a try. He took the time to educate me and answer my questions. I waited until my journey was done to write this review. What I can say is that it was life-changing. I started due to weight problems, inflammation, and many other things, and not only did I get to finally lose weight, but I feel so much better with my body internally! Dr. Scott's approach was exactly what I needed so, Thank you! and yes, I do recommend this. It's not cheap but, it's completely worth it!
It is always a pleasure to go to total health center stuff is very friendly and helpful. And of course I can say that all of the adjustments Dr Scott does has helped me for years now and I keep going back. It’s a good thing so try to call them.
I finally linked going up in weight on dead lifts creates a pinching of a nerve that adversely affects my left hip. The previous issue occurred 2 yrs ago and Dr. Scott got me aligned in a few visits then. We'll, it happened again last week. I went up in weight and felt the pinch 2 days later. I immediately called the Total Health Center mid afternoon. I could barely stand up straight. Dr. Scott worked on realignment and was pain free by dinner. AMAZING!!
