I have no idea what the bad reviews could be referring to, I have been to so many different doctors offices and this place was wonderful. I saw Dr. Moreno (who was sweet and nonjudgemental), and a very nice nurse with tattoos and a slightly to-the-point but otherwise kind nurse for bloodwork (Sorry I forgot your names, I am bad with them). I love this place. I first came here when I lost my job. The reception was great,right from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor. Everyone is accommodating and friendly. I never knew there was such a place nearby me. Even when we get insurance I will continue to come here because the care given to me and my kids is great. Well done to all the staff and the manager though I have never met her she has helped me so much.
They are so nice and friendly. All of the staff are super accommodating and try their best to make sure that you get the most out of your visit
Your call center is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. every time i have a serious concern where I need to speak to someone asap trying to get ahold of someone is a STRUGGLE. i stress so much just trying to get past your call center. I need to to talk to someone and im still waiting! You call center is the main reason why I plan on leaving total Healthcare to go back to UMMC
