I LOVE THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE.. they're very nice professional and they take your health very seriously. And the fact that a pharmacist is right next door and prescriptions are always ready in like 5 minutes. I love it.
Really hard to reach anyone in the office. Never return phone calls. Wait at least an hour to be seen. And they lose all your records. Oh and no doctor stays more than six months. Told to come in and sign the release forms and they failed to tell me they plan on going on to lunch and make me sit here waiting until they get back to sign the release forms so add it to the two out of six they already got on Google of how crappy this office is. HORRIBLE doctor’s office!! they lost my urine sample twice. The second time it happened the nurse tried to tell me to call LabQuest myself to inquire what happened (I told her it’s not my job to track down my urine sample since I did it in the their office , it was on them). No one ever called back to let me know what happened, but from the last conversation it seems like they lost it AGAIN!
Some of the staff are Very rude and unprofessional.
Never again. I scheduled an appt over a month in advance and come the day of my appt I drove all the way from northern Baltimore county (over an hr) for them to tell me that the Dr was out?!? Never received a call, never got a text…the best they could do was reschedule my appt for the next month!!!?!! Unprofessional, unorganized and completely inconsiderate. I cancelled my next appt and will never come back
