Worst place to deal with. Jasmine was very good but unfortunately she has no control over payment disputes. Didn't even know we had appointment and they try to charge $300 cancellation fee. Where other practices would have just waived it and moved on. Receptionist was rude and wouldn't take no for a answer. Never been to a place where the practice charge you and the doctor have no say. Just ashamed Jasmine was very good. We will never go back and highly recommend you stay away from these unreasonable people.
Dr Samantha Hattle is kind, caring and compassionate, unfortunately her hours are not long enough to suit our complex medical needs, we just required a bit more responsiveness from the whole team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her for care at any point.
This is a very unreliable and unprofessional "health care". I would avoid them (seems they would not be concerned anyway). If you feel they have mistreated you or provided you with sub-standard professional service, definitely worth lodging a compliant via the Ombudsman and the Health Care Complaints Commission. It appears it is the only thing that will address their arrogance and unprofessionalism. I thought maybe it was just me, but then noting the 'Google reviews', clearly appears there is an issue.
Reception staff have been lovely to speak to, and prompt with email replies to all my questions. The appointment was on time and never felt rushed! I was able to cover a variety of my health concerns with the Doctor, which left me feeling really understood and reassured about the plan going forward. So glad I chose to come to this practice! Would definately recommend.
