Awesome Customer Service The hair is decent quality and reasonably priced. The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful. And, they have a good selection of wigs. They are hard to find, but once you do you will be pleased.
Wigs! Total Hair Peace has a great variety of wigs! They had to have at least 50 in there! They also give a small discount to chemo and cancer patients. It's small, but it's something. They work with you to make sure you find exactly what it is you're looking for!
Bad service The customer service was terrible, the lady had a bad attitude and acted like she didnt want to help me look for what I wanted, I know nothing about hair and she was very unhelpfull and had an attitude that made me feel stupid. Id rather do the extra driving and go to Perris.
Bad Customer Service/ Management Nov. 2007 I purchased 2 packs of human hair from their company and paid $140.00 for a full weave. The hair was poor quality. Within days the hair was falling out and shedding. I had handfuls of hair every day. The manager/owner explained to me the hair I purchased was the top of the line. It was not and my hair stylist confirmed the hair was not as advertised. I called to speak with the manager/owner and she was rude and hung up on me.
