One of your workers is a Flasher. He flashed my sister and a family with two young children at Hyvee in Eau Claire WI. You must do an internal review ASAP. Your company does not deserve to have this form of man doing this disgusting action in a COMPANY CAR. This event took place approximately 5 days ago. He was driving a Silver Sudan with tinted windows with your companies decals on the side.
I was in the Hyvee parking lot last weekend and a man in a silver Sudan with tinted windows and a Total Hail Solutions decal on the side, flashed me. There were kids in the car next to me and you need to figure out who this is bc this is highly disturbing.
Vehicle was inspected and the information was sent to insurance. THS stated they sent a supplement, however, insurance company never received supplement. THS regularly does not answer their phone and insurance had a challenging time communicating with them as well. Back and forth conversations between the workers, our assigned one was not present at THS when they stated they would be. They confused my claim with another customer. I will be seeking repair elsewhere. Would not recommend.
