Clearly TH is scrubbing negative reviews (red flag), reposting my wife's review below: Total Habitat purports to operate on trust and integrity, but the most charitable interpretation of our experience with them is that they are too overwhelmed to operate on this basis. We have been engaged with them since May 2021, and here we are 2+ years later in June 2023 with an unrealized design (no pond), a heap of unmet expectations and commitments, a terminated contract, and tens of hours spent trying to recoup our deposit money.
