Randy promised the world and delivered crap. We can't get our certification complete because of their dodgy work. 1 of the glass doors is falling off the wall and they are refusing to come and fix it. Randy's response: "This is acceptable in any situation" - I recommend avoiding at all costs.
Got a security door from these guys and it’s been done very poorly! The door is a good 10 mm smaller than the door jamb and to make it worse it’s not even square. So much so the door wouldn’t even latch closed properly.. their solution to the problem was come out and install 4 striker plates to make the door close properly and now won’t return my calls Would not use this business, you will get ripped off! Take it from me who’s been burnt by them
Extremely disappointed. This firm did part of the works and am still waiting to get the works done almost 3 months later. Owner wont return calls, office number is not working and emails are left ignored.
