Got a security door from these guys and it’s been done very poorly! The door is a good 10 mm smaller than the door jamb and to make it worse it’s not even square. So much so the door wouldn’t even latch closed properly.. their solution to the problem was come out and install 4 striker plates to make the door close properly and now won’t return my calls Would not use this business, you will get ripped off! Take it from me who’s been burnt by them
Extremely disappointed. This firm did part of the works and am still waiting to get the works done almost 3 months later. Owner wont return calls, office number is not working and emails are left ignored.
Really bad customer service and communication from this company. They didn’t bother to return calls/ emails or even update us the” clients” of the progress of the job which we gave them permission to complete. Randy didn’t even have the decency to inform us they wouldn’t be completing the job for who knows what reason. Very Unprofessional and I would not recommended. WASTE OF TIME
