Bought a very nice BMW from out of state from Mike and Andrew at TGPerformance. The BMW was exactly what was advertised and it was carefully and properly serviced prior to sale. I couldn't be happier. Mike and Andrew were great to work with. I am very impressed with TGPerfomance and the care taken with my vehicle before I drove it back home several states. Even after the sale, TGPerformance has been great to work with.
Regular consumers should be cautious or aware. The website, their email, *the scheduling system, and phone# are not at all in good order. After booking an appt online and receiving multiple confirmations and reminders in the week leading up to it... the mechanics were unaware and put me on the phone with the owner/manager Richard. I was told "they only do wholesale work" and "nothing about the website or system is working so..." with no regard about what is public. Reason 1: Misdiagnosed a noise and vibration problem which would have cost me $3,000 and would not have solved the problem. (The problem was properly diagnosed and fixed when I went back to the BMW dealer where I purchased it from. The dealer is out of state). Reason 2: They replaced my brakes but there is a bad "clanging noise" which only appeared after they did the brake job. I am certain the noise is from the brakes. Typical Florida shop wanted my arm my leg and give me a wrong diagnosis and charge me for nothing should’ve only been charged for a hour labor not 2. Yeah well when I have something happen like this I don’t go back and I’ll find someone I want to give my money
