After surviving the Ice Storm of the century, I contacted Paul at Total Generator to schedule full service on my Generac Generator. He seemed ok on the phone and knew what was he was talking about. I sent him a text message with my address, name and all the errors codes and indication lights I saw on the little screen. Booked with them two separate appointment and they never showed off. I am taking my business to other service provider. Not being reliable on your appointment is a big NO.
Problems from the start with Paul cutting corners. First it was the cold weather kit I had to ask for because I paid for it and they never installed it. When they did come back to install it, Paul did it wrong (wire was laying right up against the exhaust pipe and would have melted right away) so again I had to call them to come back. Then I noticed they went under my joints in the basement with the wiring instead of drilling through them because they were lazy and now I have to put bulk heads around them. Address is wrong, it took me to the red cross instead. Don't pick up thier phone to verify address.
Thank you Paul for helping my parents today. With just a phone call Paul was able to bring peace back to their home. The ice storm outside had caused their generator to have issues and now they are gone. Thank you!
