After surviving the Ice Storm of the century, I contacted Paul at Total Generator to schedule full service on my Generac Generator. He seemed ok on the phone and knew what was he was talking about. I sent him a text message with my address, name and all the errors codes and indication lights I saw on the little screen. Turns out he's an AWFUL BUSINESS person and DOESN'T FOLLOW through with work orders or customers. I had to reach out several times to remind him but he would always say next week. Booked with them two separate appointment and they never showed off. I am taking my business to other service provider. Not being reliable on your appointment is a big NO.
